§.1 General Provisions
  1. The data controller is Van Pur S.A., with its registered office at Rakszawa 334, 37-111 Rakszawa. Personal data is protected in compliance with the requirements of the applicable laws and stored on secured servers.
  2. Any terms shall be interpreted as provided for in the glossary contained in the Rules and Regulations, or as defined in the Privacy Policy (where the description expressly so provides).
  3. To make the Privacy Policy easier to read, the term “User” has been replaced with “You” and the term “Data Controller” with “We”. The term “GDPR” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
  4. We respect your right to privacy and care about data security.
  5. Personal data provided in a form on our website is treated as confidential and is not visible to any unauthorised persons.

§2. Data Controller
  1. The Service Provider is the controller of its clients’ data. This means that if you have an Account on our website, we process your data such as: first name, surname, email address, telephone number, position, place of work, IP address.
  2. The Service Provider is also the controller of the data of persons entered in the contact forms available on our website.
  3. Personal data is processed:
    1. in compliance with the personal data protection regulations,
    2. in compliance with the Privacy Policy in place,
    3. to the extent and for the purposes necessary to establish, create the content of, amend or terminate the Agreement, as well as to ensure the proper provision of Services by electronic means,
    4. to the extent and for the purposes necessary to pursue legitimate interests (legally justifiable purposes) and the processing is not in breach of the rights or freedoms of the person the data pertains to,
    5. to the extent and for the purposes you have consented to if you provided your data in the contact forms on our website.
  4. Every person the data pertains to (which we are the controller thereof) has the right to access that data and have it rectified, erased or the processing thereof restricted, as well as the right to object to the processing and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

  7. The Service Provider has the right to make the User’s personal and other data available to entities authorised under applicable laws (such as law enforcement authorities).
  8. Personal data can be erased as a result of the withdrawal of consent or a legally admissible objection to the processing of such personal data.
  9. The Service Provider has no right to make any personal data available to any third parties other than those authorised to access it under the applicable laws.
  10. We have implemented data pseudonymisation, encryption and access control, thanks to which we minimise the consequences of any breach of data security.
  11. Personal data is processed only by persons authorised by us or by data processors we cooperate closely with.
